Refund Policy

Because you receive instant access to editable digital files that can't be "returned", all sales are final, except in these cases, where we'll make it right:

• The link doesn't work and we can't fix it within 3 business days: full refund
• Duplicate purchase of the same template by mistake: refund of the duplicate
• You were charged but never got access: we'll send your links or refund you

To request help, email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your receipt number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
