This policy explains what AI Life is Good collects when you visit ailifeisgood.com, buy a template or sign up for emails.

What we collect

• Purchases: Stripe processes payments and shares your name, email, country and order details with us. We don't receive or store full card numbers.
• Email sign-ups: your email address, when you ask for a free download.
• Emails you send us and our replies.
• Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser) handled by our host, Cloudflare, for security and to deliver the site. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase and send your order email
• To send the free download and occasional emails about templates and tips (you can unsubscribe with one click in any email)
• To answer questions, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting) and Canva (when you open a template link, under Canva's own terms). We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.
